Return Policy

1. Ekomo ensures that our products reach you safely and on time. We accept return requests within 2 days of delivery. In case of any queries regarding your order or return, please contact us using the details mentioned in the "Contact Information" section.

2. In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images/videos of the product and packaging. Ekomo will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

3. Ekomo understands that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return a product within the 2-day return period, please contact us. We will evaluate the return request based on the product condition and applicable return terms.

4. Approved returns may involve a return pickup/shipping charge for collecting the product from your doorstep and delivering it back to us. The applicable return charge, if any, will be communicated to you before processing the return.

5. Products must be returned in unused and original condition, along with the original packaging, accessories, tags, and other applicable items. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

6. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund or replacement according to our return policy.
